Catch up!

Well it has been a while!! I thought I had better do a catch up, so here goes ......

..... Preparing for easter (yes really it has been that long!!) Jamie and I (with our chief taster Daddy) we made some Easter nests.

Testing the chocolate to make sure it is ok to use!

Chocolate passed the quality test, so time to put it into the bowl to melt.

Next for the cornflakes (please note the wine in the background is for medicinal purposes only!)

Big book of science things to make and do

We woke up this morning and Jamie wanted to go on the computer! But Philip had already beaten him to it, so I suggested making something!!
"Let's make some Zappy Zoomers."

You will have to excuse the mucky mouth, he had just had his Nutella on toast!

"Lets make some magic monster heads." ..............

.......... Ta dah, static electricity!

Jamie wanted to make a bird now with the collage materials ....

Lastly, we made some shadow puppets so we can put on a show when he goes to bed tonight.



My superhero!!

We went to Toys R Us, so Jamie could buy a new toy with his pocket money he had been saving. He had fun trying on all the masks.

Shed makeover!

Our shed was in need of some tlc, so we went for a new look. Kev and I painted the shed green (instead of painting the town red!!)

We love its new look, very country garden, I think! I may even make it my new home, some shabby chic cushions and a bench and I would be very at home!

My beautiful Lanie

She is so beautiful! I am so glad that we have her, she is a part of our family, we all love her (even Kevin, all though he does not like to admit it!) Jamie loves to give her ham and milk in the morning, he often lets her into his bedroom at the weekend, before anybody else wakes up, he plays with her and reads her stories! He often writes her little notes. I love to stroke her. and I like our Monday and Friday nights when she snuggles at the bottom of our bed until Kevin comes home and makes her go out!
