My beautiful Lanie

She is so beautiful! I am so glad that we have her, she is a part of our family, we all love her (even Kevin, all though he does not like to admit it!) Jamie loves to give her ham and milk in the morning, he often lets her into his bedroom at the weekend, before anybody else wakes up, he plays with her and reads her stories! He often writes her little notes. I love to stroke her. and I like our Monday and Friday nights when she snuggles at the bottom of our bed until Kevin comes home and makes her go out!

Spring is here!

I love finding the flowers popping up in the garden. It has been a beautiful day today, I have been pottering in the garden.

Jamie had Randaya round to play, they are melting lollies to sell!

Jamie and Randaya set up shop on the front drive, they made a sign and stuck it to the back of our car, it read: Come to my shop. This shop is called Torpedoes.

Jamie made a cowboy puppet.

Jamie did the Sports Relief mile on Friday at school and this is the certificate he got at the end when he had completed it.

Merit Certificate

Children are awarded merit certificates for something that they have done well, Jamie received one this week in family assembly for "working really hard in maths all week". Well done Jamie!

Celebrating Mothers Day

I had a lovely Mothers day! First of all I made my own Mummy some muffins and went to visit her. I brought her a personalised card and a cookery book. I love you lots Mum, you are a really special person, and have done so much for me.

Daniel and Philip treated me to a meal at the Fox Inn at Boars Hill, it was such a lovely feeling being with my boys! Thank you Dan and Phil for a lovely present.

Poorly Pup and painting a dragon!

Jamie had to have a day off school as he was sick in the morning. He was getting bored (and feeling much better), so I drew him a Dragon and he set about painting it and adding glitter!

We have new window cleaners!

This is our new window cleaners. They make a good team, and are very handsome. They did not charge much either!!

Playing in the garden before school

Every morning before Jamie goes to school, he likes to go outside to play. He usually goes on his swing, but in this picture it was a cold night and there was ice in the bird bath, so he investigated it with his fishing net!

Look what we found - An upside down icicle! Jamie and Randaya had been playing outside, the day before after school, and had not turned the outside tap off fully.

Jamie woke up and there was snow, he had to get out before school and play in it, good job he did, because by the time we had got home from school, it had all melted!
