We have an allotment!

For a long time I have wanted an allotment. Well the time has finally come and we are proud owners of our own allotment. I am so excited. It is one of the things I can tick off on my bucket list!

We have lots of digging and planning to do, but on a positive note, we have a blank canvas and can get it to look how we want it to be, and think of all the good exercise!

   

We have our own little shed! It has a green living roof, which the previous owner did, it is covered with vegetation on a waterproof membrane. Very cool!

Apart from weeds, lavender is the only other growing thing in the allotment right now!

Jamie came down to check the allotment out, i'm hoping he will get into gardening and help me sometimes. Although I think some bribery will be involved!
